Southwestern

Southwestern design is indicative to the environment in which it is named after, namely the deserts and mountain landscapes of Arizona and New Mexico.  Native American, Spanish and Mexican cultural motifs highly influence design themes and elements, such as chunky, carved wood beams and furnishings, terra cotta, adobe and stucco surfaces, rich earth-toned color palettes, natural textiles (wools, leathers, animal hides, etc.), and tribal or ethnic patterns.
