Space Planning – Laying out the furniture specifications in CAD to determine the best size and arrangement for furniture, accessories, and art in a particular room based on desired livability.  In some cases, this information is fed back to the architect if the room size needs to be slightly adjusted to achieve the overall desired form and functionality for the living space.  It is also necessary for the general lighting plan that we do in coordination with the architect team when required. Once the layout is approved, we prepare a furniture schedule that lists every piece and size of furniture in plan.

Catalogue Existing Furniture – Measuring and cataloguing each piece you wish to reuse in your new home so that we can use it in our space planning.

Flooring - Assisting you to select the best flooring type and color for each room/area.  We lay the flooring materials out in CAD to make sure the design transitions beautifully from room to room and then create a flooring schedule for the contractor to be sure the correct flooring is ordered and installed in the right pattern and room.

Working with the contractor and fabricator to make sure selected slabs are good quality.  We work with you to get just the right look and feel for each application.

Hardware - Coordinating hardware selection and count for cabinetry, preparing schedule for contractor, and directing install locations.
